We just finished another fantastic edition of the CBS Summer University course New Product Development and Project Management. Over the past two weeks, I had the pleasure of working with an incredibly engaged, international group of students who explored how successful innovation combines structured product development with effective project management.
This year's course centered around a collaboration with the Copenhagen startup Athme, founded by Octavian, a former student of mine. Throughout the two weeks, students worked in teams to:
- Identify user needs and opportunities.
- Ideate, develop and validate new ideas for how Athme can grow their host community.
- Pitch their final recommendations to the company's founders on Demo Day at <Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship last Friday.
