About Me

I am an Associate Professor (tenured) in the Department of Strategy and Innovation at Copenhagen Business School (CBS). Previously, I was a Tenure Track Assistant Professor in the same department. I received my Ph.D. from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) in 2019 and have been a visiting PhD researcher at the Network Science Institute at Northeastern University.

My research lies at the intersection of digital innovation strategy, platforms, incentives, crowdsourcing communities, and computational social science. I study how platforms structure peer interactions, the behavioral consequences of competition and collaboration in digital spaces, and how artificial intelligence alters firm adoption and human work.
